The app might work, but there's no transportation going anywhere. Tourist town that can't move tourists around.

To say that this is the actual app for public transportation is pathetic. My god, is it bad. This is an absolute laughingstock. The previous app had it's problems and was mostly unusable at times but this? Since July 2nd I haven't even been able to book anything at all. To it's horribly designed menus to its convoluted passenger options. This app feels like it was made by a first year student. You can't even probably track the ride anymore, which is such a basic function. I'm fully appalled.

App defaults to wheelchair as the passenger type, which means I tied up an accessible van for no reason. Which is no inconvenience for me, but very much so for anyone with accessibility issues. Ideally there'd be a prompt confirming the wheel chair accessible van before booking.

Completely non-functional. It can't find half the addresses I put in, and even when I does it can never find a ride for me. Why can't I just select a bus route and its stops? I wouldn't even be using the app if the buses would just take debit or at least change for a bill. Seems impossible to ride the bus in Niagara if you don't have a pass or exactly $3. Ridiculous

It seems an okay app, but the web service it ties into for FAQ pages, etc. needs a monitoring service as the site was offline the entire time I was exploring the app. As far as process goes. it needs a mechanism to MODIFY a scheduled journey without having to cancel and reschedule. For example: I'm 30 minutes early at my connection point. The micro transit bus is there, but won't accept me despite there being plenty of room. Since I'm new to the service, it's hard to judge reserve lead time.

Awful experience. I paid mobile fare and the driver still demanded cash. She was rude and slow and the car was cramped.

This app and service is atypical of the car centric hellhole that is Niagara. Coming from the UK, the infrastructure for public transportation here is absolute garbage, but the provincial government would rather invest in widening roads so car brains can continue to contribute to climate change. It's next to impossible to book a ride and god forbid you have an appointment on short notice as you'll be stuck paying $40 for an Uber because this service is nonexistent. Do better.

So far, it keeps telling me every trip is in high demand no matter the time selected.

App has not been working for weeks always shows it is out of operating hours when it isn't

Awful service, app doesn't let you add payment options, rides need to be booked days in advance if you don't want to be left stranded in a strange city. On demand is false advertising.

If my ride is delayed, tell me how long it will be until it arrives. PLEASE. And morning rides are never available. Also, I dont know where my ride is until its 15 mins away and I gotta rush to get to it.
